So CootieBoy slept almost the whole night through and did NOT sleep in our bed at all. He did wake up briefly when I went to bed, but he settled down easily enough and went back to sleep. Huzzah!
I can’t believe we’re throwing a party in two days and we’ve done almost NO prep work for it other than cookies for the takeaways. Tonight I’ll clean up the house a bit and then prep a couple things, but for the most part it can all be done tomorrow night and Saturday.
I’ve got two and a half dishes prepped and three easy things to do. Cleaning up after the animals and kids will be the tough part.
Well, the babysitter arrives at 5:30 p.m., so we’ll have an hour before the official start time to get the first floor in order (no guests are going on the second floor).
