The Best Part About Having My Parents Visit Is Getting Things Done

Since my parents arrived on Tuesday evening we have:

  • rearranged my living room furniture
  • installed our potrack
  • installed a timer for our front door lights
  • placed an “order” for curtains (Mom is going to redo some of my curtains to make them work in the new house)
  • installed WiFi so that Denis can use his laptop anywhere in the house
  • gotten all necessary files off our super-old computer hard drive and onto the new computer
  • fixed our breakfast nook chandelier
  • installed lights in the ceiling fan in our tv room
  • installed lights in the ceiling fan in our bedroom

    • How awesome is that? HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

      We were happy to help and just wished we could have had time to do more, like helping you do some unpacking and arranging of knick knacks. Oh, well, just so much can be done in a short visit. Thanks for a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner and good times.
