No, not our land – but the lot that is next to ours is about to go under contract. Our realtor emailed me last night to give us an update on our own closing and also said that she’s about to receive an offer on the lot directly next to ours. She said, “If the deal goes through I’ll let you know since they’ll be your neighbors!”
What a bummer. I’ve been hoping that someone in our own sphere would be the ones to buy the land directly next to us. I’ve been talking it up to EVERYONE about being a good investment AND a good place to live. Unless one of those couples is buying it without telling me, it looks like I won’t have current friends as future neighbors in SC.
