Denis got a call this morning from the bank we’re using to buy the land in SC and found out that we’re approved, we’re done and just need to close on the loan. At that point we’ll have the money and can close anytime we want with the seller.
He’s going to call the bank back and see if we can sign the docs tonight or tomorrow – if so, then we might be closing on the land as soon as next Monday or Tuesday! That would ROCK.
