What a wonderful movie “OT:Our Town” was. We saw it before all this eye stuff happened over the weekend.
This documentary film follows a bunch of kids in Compton, CA who decide to put on a play at their beleaguered high school. They have no budget, no stage (they use the cafeteria) and decide to revamp the play a bit. And along the way they learn about themselves and their abilities despite hardship.
I loved this movie and heartily recommend it. This was one of Denis’ Netflix picks, and it was a good one.
