What a waste of a day. I didn’t intend for it to turn out that way, but my 11 a.m. meeting regarding the new phone system ran TWO HOURS LONG and by the time I came back it was hard to get back into it. Plus I had a lot of little piddly things that had to get done. We arrive at 4 p.m. and I feel like I’ve accomplished nothing today.
I’m hungry too – the meeting went until 1 p.m. and just as I arrived back at my desk Mr. BIL returned from his own four hour meeting and gave me a lot of stuff to do. So no time to run out for food. Fortunately I had Pop-Tarts in my desk, so I’ve had something today, but it wasn’t enough and my stomach is reminding me of that fact.
Having said that, the new phone system is gonna rock. *lol*
