Methinks Denis is sneaking out so he doesn’t have to deal with the kids. He has been gone 30 minutes. Our store is only 3 minutes drive away. That’s six minutes. So it has taken him 24 minutes to pick out which oatmeal to use in the cookies?

Update one minute later: I take it back. He just arrived home. Still highly suspicious though. But if he comes in with more than just a can of oatmeal, he’ll be forgiven.
